Custom Cast stone orders are computer designed, masterfully built using Cast Stone Institute (CSI) and ASTM standards, and delivered to the jobsite in days.

Local and L.E.E.D. - Archway Stone uses local raw material to make a superior cast stone product. Sand and portland cement meeting ASTM standards is mixed and manufactured in environmentally friendly conditions with little waste then packaged with recycled materials and pallets. Earn L.E.E.D. credits (#4 and #5) for Local/Regional and Recycled Material.

Experience and Service - Our experienced team of skilled craftsman and trained designers will anticipate and make adjustments for the nuance of your project. An Archway Stone project manager will visit the job before, during, and after installation of the cast stone to assure the masonry contractor’s needs are met.

Color, Texture, Shape - The sand that comes out of the ground in Maryland and Northern Virginia is of three basic tones, which we call White, Buff, and Natural. To replicate natural and local limestone, Archway Stone does not add dyes to our sand-portland mix. We can send color samples via FedEx because the color photos printed above may not truly represent the vibrancy of the color. The three standard colors we offer are the most common but custom colors and color matching for additions and renovations are possible. Archway Stone comes in a standard smooth face. Custom orders for rock face or split face are available by request. Archway Stone comes in standard masonry coursing units but can custom manufacture any cast stone feature required by masonry contractors, landscape contractors, builders, home owners or architects.
