Increase Quality
Arches are digitally designed from the builder’s specification using AutoCAD and transferred to aluminum templates. The brick are then cut and then fabricated with mortar joints and double struck by expert craftsman. Organized and palletized arches arrive on site clean and ready to install. Bricklayers can lay 50 brick per piece using Archway System prefabricated arches where the alternative is much slower. Brick arch strength is increased because of environmental conditions at Archway Stem’s brick specialty warehouse.
